Parkway Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital

CHALLENG:

Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital (MNH) is Singapore’s first purpose-built private sector hospital to be built in over 30 years. Located in the heart of the country’s next medical hub in Novena, this latest healthcare facility, by Parkway, brings together clinical expertise, state-of-the-art medical equipment and operational excellence to provide local and international patients with quality healthcare, greater privacy and quick access.

Mount Elizabeth Novena is supported by specialists from over 20 multi-disciplinary specialties located within 254 medical suites in the Specialist Centre. Key specialties include everything from Heart and vascular to Neuroscience, Oncology and Surgery 

SOLUTION:

From its architectural design and interior furnishings to its staff uniforms and inpatient meals, MNH exudes the confidence and finesse of a 5-star hotel. But the ‘hospitel’ (HOSPITAL + HOTEL = ‘HOSPITEL’) concept goes well beyond its superficial features.

Hospitals are notoriously well known for unwelcoming odours that can be most unsettling to patients and visitors. Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital did not want to only look like a 5-star hotel, it wanted to FEEL like one. And what better way than by tapping into the human sense of smell!

After a stringent tender process AllSense was selected at the winning vendor to scent this Singapore first concept and the country’s largest individually scented project.

With proprietary scent diffusion technology installed across all 13 levels of the hospital including its medical suites, we have helped Mount E to achieve their world class status.
